贵州省新建本科院校英文门户网站建设问题研究

Research on Issues of English Portal Website Construction for Newly Built Universities in Guizhou Province

本文对贵州省11所新建本科院校的英文门户网站建设进行研究,研究结果表明这类学校的英文门户网站主要存在如下问题:导航栏目设置参差不齐;院系英文网页缺省;英文网站流于形式、内容极不丰富;译文冗长、篇章层次感不强;内容晦涩生硬、可读性差;信息发布不及时、长期不更新等。进一步,提出了相应的建议,以期改进和完善网站的建设。

Research on English portal website construction for 11 newly built universities in Guizhou Province was performed and research results show main issues of English portal website of these universities： irregular setting of navigation bar; default of English webpage; formality and dull content of English website; lengthy translation and poor layering of articles; obscure and stiff content with poor readability; information publish not in time; no update for a long time. Moreover corresponding suggestions were put forward to improve and complete the website construction.
