摘要
采用文献查阅、问卷调查和数据分析法,对江苏农牧科技职业学院大一、大二、大三的573名高职学生进行学习动机的调查研究。结果发现,目前高职学生存在学习目标不明确,学习积极性不高、态度懒散、对所学专业缺乏兴趣等现象,而影响高职学生学习动机的因素主要有主观因素(学生个人)和客观因素(学校、家庭和社会)两大类。因此,高职院校要对学生进行学习观念教育,增强学生的学习意识;要采用现代学徒制的培养模式,加强对学生的专业认知教育;要进一步提升教师的教学水平,凸显高职教育的特色;要建立严格的考核机制,正确引导学生的归因认识;要在校企合作的基础上建立良好的就业推荐机制,以真正提升学生的学习动机。
The establishment and rise of higher vocational education increase people's opportunities to receive higher education, and also provides a large number of high skilled talents for the modernization construction. However, under the existing entrance examination system, it inevitably result in low scores students into higher vocational colleges, which greatly influence the student's learning motivation. In view of this phenomenon, this paper, according to the learning characteristics and patterns of the vocational stu- dents, through surveys, interviews and data analysis, clearly puts forward the affecting factors on students' learning motivation, and targeted countermeasures to cultivate and stimulate students' motivation to learn based on the analysis of the findings.
