摘要 "基于问题学习"的参与式培训方式是以心理学为理论基础,针对体操教学特点,结合体育教师教学实践中的问题,通过聚焦问题、引发讨论、追问碰撞、分享与构建4个操作环节共9个步骤来解决教学问题,不断构建、完善学科教学知识体系,培养体育教师发现问题、提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力与策略,提高体操教学技能。 "Problem-based learning" participatory training pattern is with the psychology as the me- oretical basis and for the characteristics of gymnastics teaching. Considering the problems that exist in the teaching practice of Physical Education teachers, this kind of training method is trying to solve problems in teaching through four operation procedures and a total of seven steps: problem focusing, discussion, questioning, sharing and construction. Therefore, we can continue to build and perfect system of subject teaching knowledge, cultivate Physical Education teachers' ability and develop their strategies in problem identification, problem-raising, problem analysis and problem solving and to develop their skills in gymnastics teaching.
