论顺应社会需求的地方本科院校转型

Analysis of the Transforming of the Local College and University Adapting to Social Demand

当前我国经济社会进入了转型的关键时期,生产技术水平和产业结构不断向高级化推进,社会变革对所需人才标准提出了新要求,掌握一定的理论基础同时具备实践应用技能,能够将知识转化为现实生产力是新形势下合格人才的基本素质。但是我国高等教育多是以构架理论体系为主,实践能力培养较欠缺,导致大学毕业生难以胜任社会的需求岗位。这就要求与时俱进、依照社会需求的变化改革高校的教学目标与方式,特别是以服务本地区经济发展为宗旨的地方本科院校,应定位为应用技术型高校,这是社会、高校和学生三者的共同需求。根据地方本科院校当前现状在办学定位、课程改革、师资建设和实践教学几方面提出针对转型的对策建议。

China has entered into the key phase of the society transforming. With the development of the science and technology and industry structure, society transforming has the new requirements for the standards of the talents ：The qualified graduate with the basic theory and technical skills and with the ability to transforming the knowledge into the practice is the base quality for the talents. However, the traditional university education focus on theory education and pay less attention to the practice ability. As a result, the graduate is not qualified for the future job. Therefore we should transform the education target and model to adapt to the alteration of the society demand, especially for promotion of the local economic development. The local college needs to target as the technology practice and training which is the demand of the society,the college and the students. The essay discusses the suggestions for the education target and courses reform and teachers team training and practice etc.
