基于TQM理论的高校经管类专业实践教学质量控制研究

Research on Practical Teaching Quality Control of Economics and Management Majors based on TQM

以内蒙古财经大学为例,对经管类专业的学生、教师以及经管中心工作人员的调查,总结了内蒙古财经大学的经管类专业实践教学现状以及存在的问题。运用全面质量管理(TQM)理论来分析高校经管类专业的实践教学质量管理,从而建立高校经管类专业实践教学的支撑体系,分别从课程体系设置、组织体系构建、师资体系完善及保障体系建立等方面提出了相应的建议,为后续实践教学的质量控制和管理提供了选择和方向。

The paper summarizes the present teaching and existing problems of economy and management specialty through investigating students, teachers and staff of the economy and management specialty. The paper analyzes the practical teaching quality management of economy and management majors based on TQM so as to establish the support system of economy and management practical teaching and give some suggestions in terms of curriculum system design, organization system construction, teacher force improvement and guarantee system establishment and so on. Therefore, this kind of investigation can give some options and orientation to further practical teaching in quality control and management.
