回顾总结某部官兵在山火救灾现场遇雷雨袭击致雷击伤23例的早期救治,得出:(1)雷电击伤导致心跳呼吸骤停须立即实施现场心肺复苏并持续以改善组织灌流及神经细胞营养;(2)灾害抢救时也需做好群伤事件的思想及组织准备,设置处突预案,提高灾害指挥协调工作,落实通讯联络及医疗保障;(3)各级领导应高度重视后勤保障工作,部署落实士兵自救互救训练课目。

Some soldiers came across thunderstorm attacks at the scene of forest fire relief, this article reviewed early treatment of the 23 cases of lightning injuries, and put forward the following aspects ： （ 1 ） Cardiopulmonary arrest caused by lightning injury shall perform the cardiopulmonary resuscitation （ CPR ） immediately and continuously to improve tissue perfusion and functions of nerves and cells. （ 2 ） In disaster rescue scene, we need to prepare for mass injury event by setting up plan to handle with emergency, improving disaster coordination command, and carrying out the communication and medical security. （ 3 ） Leaders at all levels should pay attention to logistics. The training of self-aid and buddy-aid should be deployed to carry out among soldiers.
