摘要
在论述5G时代频谱资源的战略价值基础上,回顾历代移动通信发展中频谱资源国际话语权的竞争及影响,进而分析了在5G时代统一标准前提下争夺频谱资源国际话语权的重要性和实现路径。
The strategic value of spectrum resources in 5G era was discussed. The competition and effect of international discourse power of spectrum resources in developmental processes of mobile communications were reviewed. Furthermore, the importance and realization way to compete for international discourse power of spectrum resources on the premise of unified standards in 5G era were analyzed.
