摘要
对江西省23年生的186株高产脂湿地松和60株普通湿地松松脂成分进行测定比较和各组分相关性分析,结果表明:湿地松产脂力与单萜类组分总含量显著正相关(0.287 1),与二萜类组分总含量显著负相关(-0.239 6),与单一组分含量无关。单萜类物质中除a-蒎烯外各组分之间呈正相关。a-蒎烯和β-蒎烯呈极显著负相关(-0.533 0)。海松酸型树脂酸各组分之间呈正相关。枞酸型树脂酸各组分之间呈正相关。单萜类组分含量与二萜类组分含量呈极显著负相关(-0.958 1)。单萜类物质各组分与二萜类物质各组分之间多呈负相关。江西省高产脂湿地松松脂成分较普通湿地松均一(约25种主要成分),松节油含量较普通湿地松高,海松酸型树脂酸含量较普通湿地松低,是可贵的种质资源。高产脂湿地松松脂品质极好,可见,在高产脂的基础上选择高含油率的优良品种并不会降低其松节油品质,通过对高β-蒎烯优良单株的选择可以同时提高双戊烯和月桂烯的含量,但在提高海松酸型树脂酸的含量上并不占优势。
The chemical compositions of 186 high-resin-yield Pinus elliottii with 60 ordinary ones from Jiangxi were tested,compared and analyzed.The result showed that:the capacity of resin production was signifi-cantly positively correlated ( 0.287 1 ) with total terpenoids, and was significantly negatively correlated (-0.239 6) with total diterpenes;there was positive correlation among the whole terpenoid substances except a-pinene which was highly significantly negatively correlated withβ-pinene(-0.533 0);there was positive corre-lation among the whole Pimaric-type resin acid components,and among whole abietic-type resin acid.Futher-more,there was highly significant negative correlation ( 0.958 1) between terpenoid composition content and diterpene’ s,and there was negative correlation among almost all terpenoid components and all diterpenes.For high-resin-yield Pinus elliottii,the resin chemical compositions were special,the turpentine content was higher, and the pimaric-type resin acid content was lower than that of ordinary ones.Obviously,the slash pine in Jian-gxi with excellent resin quality was a precious germplasm resource.Therefore,varieties with higher turpentine content should be selected on the basis of high resin yield,which would not affect the quality and consequence-ly increase the contents of dipentene and myrcene.Meanwhile individuals with highβ-pinene should be select-ed.However,the pimaric-type acid content would not be increased significantly.
