摘要
分析了新常态下烟叶发展的目标与内涵,以及今后的发展思路,提出加强管理与服务、加大产业扶持力度的有效措施。
Goal and connotation,ideas for future development of tobacco production under the new normal were analyzed, effective measures to strengthen management and services,increase the industry support were put forward in this paper.
