摘要
现代商用汽车装用的潍柴系列和重汽WD615共轨系列以及玉柴系列的发动机都装有S300G等型号废气涡轮增压器。针对日前废气涡轮增压器在使用过程中出现的一系列问题,阐述废气涡轮增压器的工作原理和结构,对其在工作过程出现的常见故障原因进行分析。最后,结合工作的实际制作增压器润滑辅助装置,达到降低增压器故障的目的。
The S300G exhaust gas turbochargers are installed on the engines of WEICHAI series, YUCHAI series and SITRAK WD615 common rail series for modern commercial vehicles. Aiming at the problems in the use of turboeharger, the working principle and structure are elaborated, the common fault causes in work process are analyzed. Finally a turbocharger auxiliary lubricating device is made combined with practical work to reduce faults.
