MOOC背景下的高校图书馆应对策略研究

A Study on the Countermeasures of University Library Under the Background of MOOC

文章分析了国内外高校MOOC发展的现状与趋势,剖析了MOOC发展给高校图书馆发展带来的机遇和挑战。给出了MOOC背景下高校图书馆在调整服务慕课定位、创新服务慕课举措,倡导推广开发慕课、政校企行支持慕课,提供慕课版权服务、确保慕课资源合理,建设慕课信息共享空间、开放共享慕课资源,参与慕课开发制作、开设信息素养课程,提供慕课技术支持、管理维护慕课平台,协助慕课评估考核、及时优化慕课结构,加强慕课队伍建设、提升馆员慕课素养等方面应对策略,以期校政企行多元协同推进高校慕课科学持续发展。

Based on the analysis of current situation and trend of MOOC＇s development at home and abroad as well as the opportunities and challenges which MOOC＇s development brings to university libraries, in order to promote MOOC＇s scientiifc and sustainable development multiply, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures under the background of MOOC as follows： adjusting the service orientation and innovating the service countermeasure; promoting and developing MOOC with the support of government, university and enterprise ; provide MOOC＇s copyright service to guarantee it＇s reasonable license; constructing MOOC＇s sharing space and opening the relevant resource; participating MOOC＇s development and set up information literacy curriculum; providing MOOC＇s technical support as well as the management and maintenance MOOC＇s platform; assisting MOOC＇s assessment to optimize the structure in time; strengthening the construction of MOOC team to enhance the librarian＇s quality.
