摘要
某高层住宅基础设计时,根据层数荷重等特点,充分考虑场地土层分布性状与物理力学特性、沉桩可能性及经济优势等因素,在多种桩基中,选择混凝土钻孔灌注桩并确定了桩径、长径比等参数,效果良好。
Based on an actual project, this paper gives the synthetic analysis and evaluation of a high-rise residential building foundation using respectively precast prestressed high strength concrete pipe pile, drilled grouting pile and other drilled grouting piles with different length-diameter ratio to help people make the best choice.
