摘要
建筑能耗是GB/T 50378—2006《绿色建筑评价标准》的重要考量内容,而建筑能耗预测常用方法为采用软件进行模拟。苏州太湖新城地下空间项目为大型全地下商业综合体项目,其超大体量及独特建筑类型对能耗模拟提出了较高要求。本文运用瑞典室内气候与能源软件IDA ICE进行该项目的全年动态能耗模拟分析,结果显示,该项目的节能率达78.37%,满足国家GB/T 50378—2006《绿色建筑评价标准》5.2.16项的要求;该项目的各项能耗中,照明能耗所占比例最高。
Energy consumption of buildings is of great significance in the evaluation of green buildings, according to the National Evaluation Standard for Green Buildings (GB/T 50378—2006). Simulation software is commonly used for energy consumption prediction. As a massive commercial complex located entirely underground, Suzhou Taihu New Town Underground Project offers great challenge in terms of software selection and energy consumption simulation. IDA ICE from Sweden was deployed eventually for the whole-year dynamic simulation of the project. The result revealed that the energy saving rate is 78.37% in compliance with the requirement of Credit 5.2.16 (Energy saving rate of 80% and below). Lighting accounts for the greatest percentage of energy consumption in proposed building.
