摘要
高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)扩展了妇产科疾病无创治疗领域,本文对高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症、腹壁子宫内膜异位症结节、异位妊娠、胎盘植入等妇产科疾病的临床应用进行概述,评价HIFU治疗优势和局限,同时展望其治疗妇产科疾病的临床前景。
High-intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） extends to the era of noninvasive treatment in obstetrics and gynecology. We present a critical overview of HIFU to treat fibroid, adenomyosis, abdominal wall endometriosis, ectopic pregnancy, placenta accreta and outlines the advantages and limitations of HIFU along with a discussion about the prospective application of HIFU in Obstetrics and Gynecology diseases.
