摘要
为了深入探究潜艇疏水系统未来技术发展路径,本文从保障性和生命力2个基本使命任务出发,对系统全深度和大流量设计特点认真进行总结,对国内、外现状进行多方面综合对比。通过调研和统计分析,现实存在污水量大和收集难等问题,长期运行当中噪声高和隐蔽性差。本文较为全面地阐述了疏水系统总体需求和功能要求,论证指出了系统设计原则、配置标准和计算方法,对声隐身疏水和洁净排放的技术发展趋势作了初步探讨。结论证明,合理采取"以日常舱底疏水为主、兼顾水上应急疏水和水下应急救生","疏排分离、噪声匹配"的分级设计有实际意义,推动新技术应用和集成互联是增强传统系统生机和活力的重要手段。
As a further exploration of the technology development path for submarine drainage system, the full depth and large flow ratio design characters are summarized from the basic supportability and vitality mission, domestic and overseas status are analyzed in many aspects. Through surveys and statistics, sewage volume is larger, more difficulty to collect, among the many years of operation, there is in the reality of high noise and bad concealment problems. This paper presents roundly the general requirements and functional demand of the drainage system. The design principle, configuration criterion and calculation approach are investigated. Besides, the development trends of acoustic stealth drain and clean emissions are preliminarily discussed. The conclusions are proved to be true that daily bilge is mainly operation, emergency draining on the surface and life-saving under water must combine concurrently. Sewage collecting and discharging should be separated, noise and power should be matched, so the grading design has practical significance, promoting the new technology application, system integration and intereonnection are important means to enhance the vitality of this tradition system.
