舰载地理信息系统在海洋原油泄漏响应中的应用研究

摘要 海洋原油泄漏响应系统是一种信息化的决策支持系统,用于对海洋原油泄漏事故进行实时监控、分析和响应。本文提出一种基于地理信息系统(GIS)的海洋原油泄漏响应系统,该系统集成多种分析模型,如三维水力模型,油迹动态模型等,并能够运行在地理信息系统平台上,结合传统地理信息系统的功能,发挥更好的效果。在本文中,对系统的框架和关键技术进行研究,研究并设计了所需的数据库,最后构建了原型系统并进行仿真,最终结果表明本文提出的方法能够较为精确地预测海洋油迹的变化规律,并能够给出及时的响应,具有较高的可用性。 Marine oil spill response system is an information decision support system, used for Marine oil spill in real - time monitoring, analysis and corresponding. This paper puts forward a kind of based on geographic information system (GIS) of Marine oil spill response system, the system integrates many kinds of analysis model, such as 3 d hydraulic model, soil dynamic model and so on, and be able to run on geographic information system platform, combined with the traditional function of geographic information system, play a better effect. In this article, the system framework and key technologies are studied, the research and design of the database, and finally built a prototype system, the final result shows that the proposed method can more accurately predict the changing rule of the Marine oil stains, and be able to give a timely response, has the high usability.
