镀锡前酸洗工艺对酸洗液中游离铅含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了甲基磺酸(MSA)电镀锡前处理的电解酸洗电流、温度、硫酸质量浓度、时间等工艺条件对阴、阳极区酸洗液游离铅含量的影响。结果表明,阴极区酸洗液的铅含量高于阳极区铅含量。随酸洗时间延长,阴、阳极区的铅含量均先升高后趋于平缓;随电流或温度升高,阴、阳极区酸洗液铅含量均增大;随硫酸质量浓度增大,阴极区铅含量略有增大,阳极区铅含量减小。 The influence of electrolytic pickling process conditions including current, temperature, mass concentration of sulfuric acid, and time before methanesulfonic acid (MSA) tin plating on the free lead content in pickling solution in cathode and anode regions respectively were studied. The results showed that the lead content in pickling solution in cathode region is higher than that in anode region. The lead contents in cathode and anode regions are increased initially and then tend to be constant with the prolonging of pickling time. The increase of current or temperature increases the lead content both in cathode and anode regions. The lead content is slightly increased in cathode region, but decreased in anode region with the increasing of mass concentration of sulfuric acid.
