摘要
在实际工程中采用还原沉淀法处理电镀锡钝化废水,其流程主要包括p H调节、还原、中和及混凝沉淀。确定合理的工艺设计与参数选择后,出水中总铬含量低于0.37 mg/L、六价铬含量低于0.17 mg/L,均达到了排放标准(GB 21900–2008)的要求。通过连续一年的稳定运行数据,估算出了采用该法处理钝化废水所需的药剂费和电费分别为4.04元/t和1.26元/t。
The passivation wastewater discharged from a practical tin plating production line was treated by reduction/sedimentation method. The process flow mainly consists ofpH adjustment, reduction, neutralization, and coagulation/ sedimentation. After the determination of reasonable process design and operation parameters, the Cr(VI) and total Cr in the effluent is less than 0.17 mg/L and 0.37 mg/L respectively, both of which are compliant with the emission standard (GB 21900-2008). And by one year continuous stable operation data, The chemical cost and electricity cost for treating the passivation wastewater by the method were estimated as 4.04 RMB/t and 1.26 RMB/t respectively, based on the data collected from one-year continuous running.
