摘要
以纸筋灰灰塑材料为对象,用动态吸湿平衡法测定研究了恒温30℃时灰塑材料的平衡含水率与水分活度的关系,并且基于常用的4种等温吸湿模型,进行试验数据的拟合。结果表明:该灰塑材料的等温吸湿曲线为反S型,随着水分活度的增加,平衡含水率先缓慢增加后急剧增加;从水分活度的适用范围和模型拟合精度方面可得,Peleg模型最适合拟合材料的等温吸湿曲线,其数学表达式为W=8.393·A0.7568w+78.92·A12.70w。
The relation between equilibrium moisture content and water activity of clay sculpture at 30 ℃ was studied by dynamic water balance absorption method, as the object of the paper clay sculpture. The test data were fitted with four typical moisture absorption models. The results showed that the moisture isotherm of clay sculpture was inverse S type model. The equilibrium moisture content increased slowly and then sharply with water activity increasing. The Peleg model W=8.393·Aw^0.7568+78.92·Aw^12.70 is the most suitable for fitting adsorption isotherm of clay sculpture in the aspects of activity scope and fitting precision.
