摘要
对自制液晶环氧树脂(DGEMZ)改性环氧树脂(EP)体系的化学流变特性进行了研究,在双阿伦尼乌斯方程的基础上,建立了能够与实验数据较好吻合的化学流变特性模型,通过该模型可以有效地预测体系的粘度。以化学流变模型为基础,得到体系的黏度-温度-时间三维图谱。根据不同的复合材料成型工艺对树脂体系粘度及固化性能的要求,可以通过三维图谱便捷地确定能够满足工艺要求的温度及时间范围,为优化复合材料成型工艺提供理论依据。
Rheological behavior of EP modified by DGEMZ was studied, the rheological properties model which can be in good agreement with the experimental data was established, the model can effectively predict the viscosity of the system. It can also provide a theoretical basis for epoxy molding. Viscosity-temperature-time 3D atlas based on the rheological properties model was also established, the temperature and time range according to technical requirements can be determined through the viscosity-temperature-time 3D atlas.
