镉(Ⅱ)-8-羟基喹啉印迹聚合物的制备及其吸附性能的研究

摘要 以Cd-8-羟基喹啉的配合物为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)作为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,制备了镉-8-羟基喹啉的分子印迹聚合物。研究了该印迹聚合物对模板分子的吸附和选择性识别,并用火焰原子吸收法考察了溶液的酸度、浓度、温度和吸附时间等因素对聚合物吸附性能的影响。结果表明,印迹聚合物对模板分子具有较好的吸附性和选择性,在最佳吸附酸度pH=10时,吸附50min达到平衡,并提出了印迹聚合物的印迹吸附机理。 The molecular imprinted polymer was synthesized by precipitation polymerization with cadmium (Ⅱ) 8-hydroxyquinoline as template, methacrylic acid as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linker. The imprinted polymer adsorption and selective recognition of the template molecule and measuring the effects of acidity were studied, and the optimal adsorption conditions, such as acidity, concentration, temperature and time factors were investigated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that imprinted polymer template molecule has a good adsorption and selective adsorption equilibrium, the optimum acidity for quantitative enrichment was around pH 10 and the adsorption equilibrium could be reached in 50 min, and proposed imprinted polymer adsorption mechanism of imprinting.
