摘要 研究了甲醇合成铜基催化剂的制备工艺,探讨了加料方式、沉淀剂、硝酸盐的配比对催化剂主要元素和比表面积的影响。研究结果表明:采用改进的两步并流法,以碳酸钠为沉淀剂,盐溶液以n(Cu)∶n(Zn)∶n(Al)∶n(Mg)=7∶1.5∶0.5∶1配制,制备的催化剂前驱体晶粒大小适中,制得的催化剂中CuO和ZnO的相互分散程度较高,催化剂比表面积较大;采用优选工艺制备的催化剂与ICI51-7型催化剂进行比较,自制催化剂在元素组成、物相组成上与ICI51-7型催化剂很接近。 Copper-based methanol synthesis catalyst preparation process was studied and the impact of the feeding mode, precipitating agent, the ratio of nitrate catalyst for the main elements and the specific surface area were discussed. The results showed that by two-step co-current feeding mode and the salt solution distribution ratio by n(Cu):n(Zn):n(Al):n(Mg)=7:1.5:0.5:1, the element composition, phase structure, specific surface area of yielding catalytic were closest to a company's industrial samples.
