摘要
为探索清洁环保制备铝钛硼中间合金的方法,采用氢化钛粉替代氟钛酸钾与铝熔体反应,制备Al-Ti-B中间合金中起主要细化作用的TiAl3第二相。通过对氢化钛粉的加料量、反应温度、反应时间等参数的对比实验,获得尺寸较小、分布均匀和形态良好的TiAl3中间合金。结果表明:该方法制备的TiAl3第二相颗粒的尺寸大小分布范围较窄,分布较均匀,形态良好。
In order to explore preparation method of the clean Al-Ti-B intermediate alloy, using titanium hy dride powder instead of potassium fluotitanate to react with aluminum,the second phase in TiAl3which has main refi ning effect on Al-Ti-B master alloy was prepared. The feeding quantity of titanium hydride powder, reaction tempera ture, reaction time and other parameters were tested, to obtain the smaller size, uniform distribution and good shape of intermediate alloy in TiAl3. The results show that size difference of second phase of TiA13 particles prepared by the method is smaller, more uniform distribution, good morphology.
