摘要
通过加入不同比例CFx的Li/(MnO2+CFx)电池的比热容值和放电温升测试,总结了CFx含量与电池放电温升的关系,计算了电池放电的发热功率。电池放电温度变化明显分为MnO2阶段和CFx阶段,CFx阶段发热功率是MnO2阶段发热功率的4~5倍。同时,随着CFx含量的增加,电池的比热容值略有增加,CFx阶段的放电温升随放电电流上升表现出明显差异。发热功率P与放电电流I基本成正比例关系。通过调整MnO2与CFx混合比例可以降低发热功率,并存在最佳值。
Thermal capacity and discharge temperature growth of Li/(MnO2-CFx) batteries with different CFx proportion were tested. The relation between CFx proportion and discharge temperature growth was gained. Heating power of batteries discharge was figured out. The temperature growth of batteries discharge divides into two phases of MnO2 and CFx Heating power of CFx phase is 4-5 times of MnO2 phase. With the increase of CFx proportion, thermal capacity slightly grows, and discharge temperature growth shows difference with the increase of discharge curreent. Heating power is direct proportion to discharge current. Adjusting proportion of MnO2 and CFx can reduce heating power, existing optimization value.
