摘要
通过热仿真和热平衡实验对电源控制器的热设计进行验证,结果表明,电源控制器内部主要发热元器件的温度均满足各自的温度降额要求,证明电源控制器的热设计合理。
The thermal design of the power conditioning unit (PCU) was verified by thermal simulation and thermal balance test. The results indicate that the temperature of main heating components can meet the respective derating requirements, proving that the thermal design of PCU is reasonable.
