摘要
现代逆变电源技术正朝着高性能、高频化、模块化、数字化和智能化方向发展,设计实现一种新的逆变电源系统,利用MC56F8346芯片具有双哈佛存储器结构以及独立的程序和存储器空间,结合该芯片的高速运算能力和强大的控制功能,采用单相全桥逆变电路,增强电路的稳定性和动态性能。实验结果表明,提出的电路设计系统结构简单、可靠性高、成本低、灵活性好。
The modern inverter technology is developing towards high performance, high frequency, modularization, digital and intelligence. A new inverter power supply system was design. Using MC56F8346 with dual Harvard memory architecture and independent program and memory space and combining with high-speed computing ability and strong control function of the chip, the single-phase full bridge inverter circuit was used to enhance the stability and dynamic performance of the circuit. The experimental results show that the proposed circuit design system has simple structure, high reliability, low cost and good flexibility.
