摘要
在半实物仿真中,常常需要研究不同结构配置情况下的系统性能。为了在采用一个固定结构尺寸的实物情况下实现该目标,需要对实物及模拟部分的输入输出信号进行缩放处理,使固定实物的输入/输出信号能够反映实际研究对象的输入/输出信号。采用一个小型的固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)作为示例,通过缩放方法研究更大规模SOFC的性能。分析了误差产生的原因,并提出了缩放系数修正公式,大大减小了误差,验证了该缩放方法的正确性。
The research on system performance under different structure configuration is often needed in hardwarein-the-loop simulation. To realize this goal by using a fixed structure size of the physical, it needs to scale the input and output signal to make the input/output signal of the fixed physical reflect the input/output signal of the actual research object. A small SOFC was used as an example, and the performance of the large size SOFC was studied through scaling method. Based on the analysis of the causes of error, a modified formula of scaling factor was put forward reducing the error, and it verifies the correctness of the scaling method.
