钛酸锂电池胀气问题的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 尖晶石型钛酸锂Li4Ti5O12(LTO)具有很好的循环性和安全性,这使其成为最有可能代替石墨负极的新型负极材料之一,然而LTO电池的胀气问题是其未能广泛应用的主要原因之一。介绍了LTO胀气问题的研究现状,对LTO产气的机理进行了分析总结。另外,从钛酸锂材料的改性、新型电解液体系的开发、工艺的优化和工程方法等方面对抑制钛酸锂胀气的方法进行了总结和概述。最后提出了钛酸锂目前面临的问题和未来的研究方向。 Spinel Li4Ti5O12 (LTO) has excellent performance of long cycle life and high safety, which is applicable to replace graphite anode materials. However, LTO batteries are still not widely used mainly due to the unexpected gassing. The recent research progress of gassing generation of LTO batteries was reviewed, and the root causes of gassing were analyzed. In addition, the methods to suppress the gassing behavior were introduced. The emphasis was laid on the LTO modification, new electrolyte systems, process optimization and some engineering approaches. The facing problem and research direction were presented.
