摘要
综述了动力锂电池发展的现状,认为陶瓷涂层应用是提高动力锂电池安全性的必然趋势。介绍了溶胶凝胶法、相转化法和原子层沉积等几种陶瓷涂层制备方法,并探讨了陶瓷涂层在改善极片浸润性、隔膜强度与热稳定性以及电池安全性方面的作用。
The recent development of power Li-ion battery was reviewed. It's considered that the application of ceramic coating is an inevitable trend for increasing the safety of power U-ion battery. Several preparation methods of ceramic coating were introduced, such as sol-gel, phase inversion, atomic layer deposition method and so on. The effect of ceramic coating on improving wettability, mechanical strength and thermally stability of separator and battery safety performance was discussed.
