摘要
成人巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染以潜伏性感染居多,当宿主免疫功能低下时,潜伏的病毒会活化而发病。CMV感染侵犯肝脏可以引起急性肝炎,但亚急性肝炎并不多见。本文报道1例由CMV再发感染所致亚急性肝炎伴糖基抗原19-9(CA19-9)升高患者的临床特征及治疗过程,进一步加强临床医师对该病的认识。
Cytomeglovirus （ CmⅤ） latent infection is commonly found in adults. The dormant virus will become active when the host has poor immunity. CmⅤ infection in liver frequently causes acute hepatitis,while subacute hepatitis is rare. Here we reported the clinic symptoms and treatment process of a case of subacute hepatitis complicated with elevated CA19-9 caused by recurrent CmⅤ infection,which may deepen clinicians′understanding about CmⅤ infection.
