摘要
立足当下产品众筹的发展态势,从社会资本视角切入,结合网络能力相关研究成果,对产品众筹情境下的创业者社会资本和网络能力的内涵进行界定,并对其具体表现进行阐述,提出了产品众筹情境下资源获取结果影响因素模型。通过小蛋智能空气净化器众筹案例进一步佐证了本文的研究结论:产品众筹情境下的创业者社会资本和网络能力均对技术新创企业资源获取结果有重要影响,并且通过提升创业者的网络能力,能够改善社会资本的利用效率。
Based on the development trend of product-crowdfunding, the connotations of entrepreneurs' social capital and network ability in prod- uct-crowdfunding situation were defined from social capital research angle and combined with network ability related research results. Thus, it was proposed that the influence factors model about results of resource acquisition. Study conclusions were obtained by taking iqegg technology as an example: both the social capital and network ability from entrepreneurs have an important influence on the results of technology startups resource acquisition, and entrepreneurs' network ability could improve the utilization efficiency of social capital in the product-crowdfunding situation.
