摘要
基于Orbit专利系统,对海洋波浪能领域的中国专利从多个角度进行分析,包括专利申请态势、专利申请地域、专利申请人及专利技术领域等,较全面地分析了我国海洋波浪能领域的专利数据.分析结果显示,我国在波浪能领域的专利申请量在近3年来增长很快,在波浪能领域发展最快的省份是江苏省,排名前列的申请人以高校和研究机构为主,与企业的合作不紧密导致很多科研成果没有实用性,也没有突破关键技术的研发瓶颈,因此我国波浪能领域产学研合作的机制仍然有待探索.
This paper analyzes the Chinese patents of the ocean wave energy from several aspects based on the Orbit system, including the trend of patent application, the region of patent application, the patent applicant and the technical field covered by patent. Results show that the number of patent applications has increased sharply in the past three years. Jiangsu Province has developed the fastest in the ocean wave energy field, and scientific research institutions rank the top of all the applicants. The loose cooperation between universities and scientific research institutions causes the dilemma that a lot of scientific research achievements can't be brought into practical use. Researchers can't make any breakthrough in the key technology development. The mechanism of"industry-university-research" cooperation in the wave energy field remains a problem at present.
