习近平全面深化改革最根本的方法论是坚持科学社会主义基本原则、坚持紧紧依靠人民推动改革,重要方法论是把握改革规律,处理好五种关系:正确处理解放思想和实事求是的关系,整体推进和重点突破的关系,顶层设计和摸着石头过河的关系,胆子要大和步子要稳的关系以及改革、发展、稳定的关系。

The funda mental methodology of Xi Jinping comprehensively deepening reform is to adhere to the scientific socialism basic principles and rely firmly on the people for reform. The important methodology is to grasp the law of the reform and dealing with five relations correctly： emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, the whole advancement and breakthroughs made in key areas, the top-level design and touch stones across the river, boldness and steadiness as well as the relationship between reform,development and stability.
