江西农村土地承包经营权抵押贷款模式研究

Research on the mortgage loan mode of rural land contract management right in Jiangxi Province

推行农村土地承包经营权抵押贷款,能把土地资源转变为资产,把资产转化为资本,一方面能解决农村的贷款难;另一方面,可解决银行的放贷难,实现双赢。本文在各地试点中,总结出了各具特色的土地承包经营权抵押贷款模式,通过对江西"马家柚"协会等一些成功组织的走访调研,在充分比较和借鉴的基础上,得出了适合江西省情的抵押贷款模式,并提出完善江西省土地承包经营权抵押的对策建议。

Promoting the mortgage loan of rural land contract management right can turn land resource into assets and the assets into capital, which on one hand can solve rural＂difficult to loan＂, on the other hand, the problem of＂difficult to lend＂of banks can also be settled to achieve a win-win situation. Their own model of land contract management right mortgage in various region pilots was summarized. On the basis of fully comparison and reference, through research of interview of some more successful partner organizations in Jiangxi ＂Majia grapefruit＂ association, an ideal model of rural land contract management mortgage adaptable to local conditions in Jiangxi has been obtained, and suggestions of improving land contract management rights mortgage in Jiangxi Province have been proposed.
