摘要
本文从一起GE公司的LS2100e系统的功率柜缓冲回路烧毁为契机,介绍了该系统功率柜的原理及接线,并重点剖析了功率柜内各板件的功能。经过分析故障发生时隔离变压器开关处的电流突变量,锁定故障范围。结合功率柜内各板件的功能,深入分析晶闸管单元的工作原理,确认故障可能发生原因。最后,对LS2100e系统日后的运行和维护提出观点。
In this article, sunbber circuit of the load power cabinet in the GE Company's LS2100e system is burned as an opportunity, introduced the overview and principle of the power cabinet, and analyzed the function of each Board in the power cabinet. Through the analysis of the current process variables when a fault occurred, the fault range locked. Combined the function of each Board in the power cabinet, in-depth analysis of the thyristor cell, confirmed the possible fault causes. Finally, put forward to the views and maintenance of LS2100e system.
