重庆市城镇社区体育公共服务满意度维度构建及现状研究

A Research of the Status Quo of Satisfaction of Urban Residents in Chongqing for Sports Public Service and Its Dimension Construction

运用探索性(EFA)和验证性因素分析(CFA),对体育公共服务满意度进行变量间潜在因素重构,结果表明:重庆市城镇居民体育公共服务满意度含6个维度,它们对总体满意度的贡献率依次为21.35%,17.06%,12.82%,8.93%,5.13%,4.08%;居民体育公共服务满意度存在明显地区、性别、年龄及学历等方面差异,表现为经济发达区县在6个维度上的满意度都显著高于欠发达区县;女性在6个维度中得分均高于男性;25岁以下及65岁以上者总体满意度优于其它年龄段;高学历者在"总体满意度"、"场地设施"满意度、"组织管理"满意度及"政策平等"满意度方面均显著高于其余学历者.

Exploratory factor analysis （EFA） and confirmatory factor analysis （CFA） were used in combination to reconstruct the dimensional structure with latent variables in satisfaction for sports public service. The results showed that there were six dimensions in the satisfaction of urban residents in Chongqing for sports public service, their contributions to the overall satisfaction rate being 21.35%, 17.06%, 12.82%, 8.93% , 5.13% and 4.08%, respectively. Significant differences were found to exist in satisfaction for sports public service between different regions, genders, ages and educational backgrounds. The developed regions, females, people less than 25 years old or more than 65 years old, and people with an educational background of ＂undergraduate＂ showed remarkably higher satisfaction for all the six dimensions studied than the undeveloped regions, males, people aged 25 to 65 and people with an educational background lower than ＂undergraduate＂.
