摘要
苯并(α)芘(Ba P)已经被确认为是一种具有高强度致癌性、致畸性及致基因突变性的稠环芳烃,同时又具有较高的稳定性和隐匿性等特点。Ba P的存在对环境和人体健康等都产生严重的影响。本文对Ba P的性质、来源及致病机理进行了详细介绍,总结了在食品、煤沥青、药材、化妆品以及环境等领域中Ba P的分离与检测方法,并对Ba P的分离与检测进行了展望。
Benzo(α) pyrene (BaP) had been confirmed as a series of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with high intensity of careinogenicity, teratogenicity and mutations in genes, also had the characteristics of long term stability and occult etc. The presence of BaP has serious impact on the environment and human health. In this paper, the origin and pathogenic mechanism with some other properties of BaP are introduced in detail, and its separation and detection methods in food, cosmetics, coal tar and medicine field are also summarized and prospected.
