经调查发现,现行中小学招生制度的满意度较低。我国西部农村中小学招生制度在创新人才选拔、经济社会发展、当地文化传承等方面发挥的作用有限。改革应坚持公平、灵活、渐进的原则,坚持考试为主、多元化、地方化的改革策略,建立合理的择校机制。

The survey found that people is not satisfied to the enrollment system of primary and secondary school. The enrollment system is not abundant fon the selection of talented people, development of economic and and heritage of local cultural. The reform should adhere to fair, flexible and progressive principles, adhere to the exam - oriented, diversified, localized reform strategies, and establish a reasonable mechanism for school choice.
