抗氨基甲酰蛋白抗体的研究进展

摘要 氨基甲酰化是非酶的转录后修饰,氰酸根结合到包含伯胺或硫醇基团的分子上形成氨基甲酰化形式.这一反应改变了蛋白的结构和功能,从而引起一系列病理生理改变.在体内氰酸盐与尿素水平保持平衡,氨基甲酰化水平增加首先在肾病等尿素水平高的患者体内发现.随后,在心血管等其他疾病中也发现氨基甲酰化与炎症相关.最新研究发现它可以诱导自身免疫反应.在RA、有早期RA症状以及关节痛的患者体内发现抗氨基甲酰蛋白(carbamylated proteins,CarP)抗体.目前尚不明确氨基甲酰化程度和(或)氨基甲酰蛋白的形成对RA、肾脏疾病和心血管疾病等慢性病病程的影响.这篇综述总结了目前关于氨基甲酰化和抗氨基甲酰蛋白抗体形成的最新研究,并讨论它们可能产生的重要影响.
