内质网氨基肽酶1与强直性脊柱炎相关研究进展

摘要 AS是一种遗传相关性显著的血清阴性SpA.以骶髂关节、中轴骨骼的慢性炎症为主,可引起附近肌腱骨附着点和椎间盘纤维环的钙化和新骨形成,严重者发生脊柱畸形和骨性强直,并常伴有不同程度的胃肠道、眼等关节外表现.AS已被公认具有高度的遗传性,具有明显的家族遗传倾向.研究显示,90%以上的易感性由遗传因素决定.
