在海绵城市指标体系的指导下,国家级宿迁经济开发区控规阶段根据用地分类的比例和特点、建设类型对年径流总量控制率进行分类分解,细化各地块的低影响开发控制指标和单位面积控制容积,以统筹落实和衔接各类低影响开发技术、设施及其组合系统。
Under the guidance of spongebob city index system,the paper classifies and interprets annual total runoff amount of national-level Su-qian economy development region according to land utilization category rate,features and construction types at regulatory planning phase,and specifies low-impact development regulatory index and unit area control volume,with a view to implements and integrates low-impact development technology,equipment and its component system as well.
