摘要
论述了中小城市道路地下综合管线的分类及其地位作用,通过分析中小城市道路地下综合管线管理体系的现状,对城市道路地下综合管线进行了普查,以转变管理体制、强化统筹建设,保证中小城市道路地下综合管线规划的科学性、先进性、可操作性。
The paper discusses the classification and role of comprehensive underground pipeline of small and medium-sized city,analyzes the status of comprehensive underground pipeline of small and medium-sized city,investigates comprehensive pipeline of comprehensive urban under-ground pipeline,with a view to transform management system,to strengthen balance construction,to guarantee the planning of comprehensive un-derground pipeline of small and medium-sized city scientific,advanced and operational.
