概括了中国超高层建筑的设计新理念,结合上海中心大厦的建造实例,分别对智能化建筑管理、节能管理、安全与服务管理等可持续化管理经验进行阐述,以期为未来使用者提供安全、舒适、便捷的工作与生活环境。
This article summarizes the new concept of Chinese super high-rise building design. Combined with the examples of Shanghai Tower, this paper elaborates the sustainable management experience in intelligent building management,energy management,security and service man-agement. It wants to provide safety,comfortable and convenient working and living environment for the future users.
