不同卷边形式冷弯薄壁槽钢受弯构件有限元分析

摘要 为了研究卷边形式对冷弯薄壁槽钢受弯构件屈曲模式和抗弯承载力的影响,应用有限元软件ANSYS对直卷边、斜卷边和复杂卷边冷弯薄壁槽钢受弯构件进行了有限元分析,分析结果表明,复杂卷边进一步加强了对构件翼缘的约束作用,提高了构件的抗弯承载力,其构件的承载效率最高,并在一定程度上限制了畸变屈曲的发生。 In order to investigate the influence of the edge stiffener type on the buckling mode and bending strength of cold-formed channel flexur-al member,the finite element program ANSYS has been adopted to study the cold-formed thin-walled steel channel flexural member with upright, inclined and complex edge stiffeners. It is shown that complex edge can further strengthen the constraint function of flexural member flange,im-prove the bending strength of the member and limit distortional buckling to some extent,and that the loading efficiency of flexural member with complex edge is the highest.
