摘要
应用《山西省水文手册》公式和经验公式对孝义市东安生水库溃坝洪水及其向下游演进过程进行了分析,达到了帮助人们了解小概率事件发生后相关地区受灾状况及洪水发展动态趋势的效果,并能够提前建立疏散方法及预警机制,将水库溃坝带来的损失降至最低,进而有效的保障水库下游人民的生命财产安全。
The thesis analyzes Dongansheng reservoir dam-break flood and flood evolution process by applying Shanxi Hydrologic Manual formula and experience formula,achieves the effect of helping people knowing about little probability event disasters and flood development trend,and es-tablishes excavation methods and alarming mechanism beforehand,so as to reduce reservoir dam-break loss and to effectively guarantee people’s lives and property safety.
