The paper analyzes the status for the electronic installation engineering cost of high-rise buildings from the project examination and ap-proval,program management,and technical management,researches the management strategies for the engineering cost control of the project, and points out some measures to improve the cost control system,implement the construction scheme and organization,and control the quality of the construction equipment and materials.
