The paper describes municipal public facility construction field management problems,such as poor contract management concepts, poor construction organization design compilation and disorderly field management and so on,and puts forward some measures including strengthe-ning contract management consciousness and selecting understanding project manager and so on,with a view to enhance construction field man-agement and to guarantee construction quality.
