2010年至2011年京津唐地区胫骨干骨折流行病学对比分析 被引量:12

Epidemiological characteristics of tibial shaft fractures in Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan from 2010 through 2011

摘要 [目的] 调查京津唐地区胫骨干骨折的流行病学特征并分析其地区变化趋势. 方法 对2010年1月至2011年12月京津唐地区的共8所医院诊治的所有胫骨干骨折患者资料进行回顾性分析.将北京地区医院收治的患者资料定为A组,天津地区医院收治的患者资料定为B组,唐山地区收治的患者资料定为C组.对3组患者的性别构成、年龄段分布、骨折分型进行对比分析. 结果 共收治胫骨干骨折3 215例,占胫腓骨骨折的26.57%(3 215/12 100),占全身骨折的5.44%(3 215/59 080).男女比为3.76:1.男性占79.00%,41~50岁构成比最高(20.75%).女性占21.00%,41 ~50岁构成比最高(19.85%).成人胫骨干骨折AO分型中以42-A型的构成比最高(49.79%).A组、B组和C组分别有218例、714例和2 283例,分别占胫腓骨骨折的9.27%、30.38%和30.86%,占全身骨折的1.50%、5.47%和7.26%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).其中A组胫骨螺旋骨折所占构成比高于B、C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 京津唐地区胫骨干骨折占胫腓骨骨折的26.57%,占全身骨折的5.44%,男、女性均以41~50岁所占构成比最高,成人胫骨干骨折类型以42-A型为主. Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of tibial shaft fractures in Beijing,Tianjin and Tangshan from 2010 through 2011.Methods The data of all inpatients and outpatients with tibial shaft fracture were collected who had been treated in 8 hospitals in Beijing,Tianjin and Tangshan from January 2010 through December 2011.The patients from Beijing hospitals were assigned into group A,those from Tianjin hospitals into group B,and those from Tangshan hospitals into group C.The epidemiological characteristics concerning age,gender and injury type were compared among the 3 groups.Results During the study period,3,215 patients with tibial shaft fracture were treated in the 8 hospital in Beijing,Tianjin and Tangshan,accounting for 26.57% of the tibiofibular fractures (3,215/12,100) and 5.44% of all the fractures (3,215/59,080).The male to female ratio was 3.76:1.The males accounted for 79.00%,with the highest percentage of age group from 41 to 50 years (20.75%).The females accounted for 21.00%,with the highest percentage of age group from 41 to 50 years (19.85%).AO type 42-A accounted for the highest constituent ratio (49.79%).There were 218,714 and 2,283 tibial shaft fractures in groups A,B and C,accounting for 9.27%,30.38% and 30.86% of the tibiofibular fractures,and 1.50%,5.47% and 7.26% of all the fractures (P 〈 0.05 for all).There were more spiral tibial fractures in group A than in groups B and C (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions The tibial shaft fractures in Beijing,Tianjin and Tangshan,accounted for 26.57% of the tibiofibular fractures and 5.44% of all the fractures.The age group from 41 to 50 years had the highest constituent ratio of the fractures for both males and females.AO type 42-A accounted for the highest constituent ratio.
