探析高校创业型人才培养

Study on the Cultivation of Entrepreneurial Talents in Colleges and Universities

目前我国迫切需要大批创业创新型人才,作为人才培养与输出基地的高校应该抓住时机,大力开展高校的创业教育,积极探索通过强化创新创业教育、助推创业型人才培养改革的路子,构建创新创业教育体系,着力培养创新创业型高技能人才。本文以华北科技学院为基本出发点,分析了我国创业教育的现状,提出了目前我国创业教育模式存在的问题,并针对现存的问题,提出了高校创业教育课程体系设计方案和高校创业型人才培养的保障措施。

At present , China is in urgent need of a large number of start -up of innovative talents.As the base of talent cultivation and output , colleges and universities should seize the opportunity , and vigorously carry out the entrepreneurship education in universities , actively explore the reform road of by strengthening the cultiva-tion of innovation and entrepreneurship education , boosting entrepreneurial talent cultivation , construct the sys-tem of creative and entrepreneurship education , cultivate the talents with high innovation skill.This paper takes North China Institute of Science and Technology as the basic starting point , analyses the present situation of Chi-na’s entrepreneurial education , proposes the existing problems of China ’s entrepreneurial education model , and puts forward university entrepreneurship education curriculum system design scheme and the safeguard measures of entrepreneurial talent training in colleges and universities , in the light of the existing problems.
