从翻译能力培养缺失论英语翻译能力培养模式

On Cultivation Mode of English Translation Competence from the Lack of Translation Competence Development

传统的翻译能力培养模式导致了翻译能力培养缺失,学生的翻译能力达不到市场要求。采用问卷调查的方式对应用型本科目前翻译授课教材、教学方法、教学效果满意度进行了调查,结果表明学生的满意度均偏低。另外,基于中华英才网,通过Ctrl+F查找功能及Excel统计软件对国内翻译职位需求进行了调查统计,结果显示翻译市场对各类技术工程翻译需求比例最大。根据以上两项调查结果,从课程设置、教学模式、教学手段、教学方法及教学评价等方面重新定位了应用型英语翻译能力培养模式。

Traditional cultivation mode of translation competence leads to lack of translation competence development and students’ translation competence can’t meet the requirement of market.This study investigates students’ satisfaction with present English translation textbook , teaching means , teaching effects in applied colleges and the findings show students have low satisfac -tion with the three aspects .Meanwhile this study also surveys domestic English translation position demand on http ：//www.chi-nahr.com by means of Ctrl ＋F and Excel.The results indicate translation market has the greatest demand for technological transla -tion.According to above findings , this paper repositions cultivation mode of translation competence from curriculum setting , teach-ing mode, teaching means, teaching content and teaching evaluation .
